Our outdoor fitness equipment is made of rigid galvanized* steel sealed with a heavy coat of paint, making it durable and low maintenance for years.
Our outdoor fitness units are designed for simple installation and utilize equipment foundation bolts secured into the ground by concrete footings.
We offer our fitness stations in vibrant energizing colors however all our products can be custom painted by request. Please refer to our catalog for colors options.
*Galvanizing is a metallurgical process that is used to coat steel or iron with zinc. This is done to prevent galvanic corrosion (specifically rusting) of the product.

GymOut offers design and planning services. Our specialists come to your site and devise a plan suitable to your specific requirements. We take into account not only the aesthetics of the lay-out, but also safety, including ensuring the equipment is properly placed. |
Surfacing
Surfacing varies based on your location. Our products can be installed in parks, backyards, on concrete, on your lawn and even on sandy seashore.
We also offer the following surfacing installation:
- Rubber surface - Mostly used in parks, sea shores etc.
- Woodchip surface - Mostly used in trails, private homes etc.
- Concrete Surface - Mostly used in indoor parks, malls etc.

Installation
GymOut offers a variety of installation options:
- Full end to end installation service (includes: layout design, surfacing and installation of the equipment).
- Shipment of the equipment to the customer site with clear installation instructions.
- Installation training for customers that prefer to install the equipment by themselves.
Construction professionals can easily perform the installation, but non-professionals can perform the installation as well. We will provide you with clear installation instructions and will answer any questions you may have. While planning the units setup please consider the 'Safe Zone' for each unit. Installation layout details can be found in the Installation Layout document.
Shipping
GymOut serves customers nationwide. Our products can be shipped to the customer site or picked up independently from the main warehouse. Shipping prices vary and depend on the amount of products and the distance from the distribution center (warehouse) of the local GymOut branch.
We also ship our products nationwide with simple and clear installation instructions.
Safety Standards
We strongly recommend that the outdoor fitness equipment be used only at the age of 14 and up. Since safe exercising is our top priority and in compliance with (ASTM F-1749), each and every one of our sites, is equipped with safety instructions and usage instructions for your personal safety.
Production and Environmental Standards
The manufacturer of our equipment is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000 certified.
ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems. ISO 9000 is maintained by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and is administered by accreditation and certification bodies. Some of the requirements in ISO 9001 (which is one of the standards in the ISO 9000 family) include
- a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
- monitoring processes to ensure they are effective;
- keeping adequate records;
- checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary;
- regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and
- facilitating continual improvement
The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards. ISO 14000 is a series of documents relating to the implementation of an Environmental Management System (EMS). ISO 14001 is the document which defines the requirements for the EMS and provides guidance for its use.
An EMS gives an organization a systematic approach for managing their environmental impact (the consequences of their operations). The objective is for ISO 14001 to control environmental impact of the organization's actions and continually increase the environmental performance as measured against objectives.
Warranty
GymOut guarantees to repair or replace, without cost, all parts found defective to the basic galvanized steel framework and/or its components and moving parts against defective material and workmanship, within Three (3) full years from the date of installation.
This warranty does not apply to any part or parts damaged as a result of the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or Vandalism
- Negligence
- Accident
- Equipment has been repaired or altered by anyone other than GymOut or its representatives
- Installation of the equipment performed by an unauthorized or unapproved GymOut installer
- No other warranties, except the above, apply to any equipment distributed by GymOut or any independent contractors, dealers, or distributors authorized by GymOut
